About the Author

Burt Kerr Todd was born in 1924, and grew up in Pittsburgh during its heyday as a global center for technology and manufacturing. The youngest son of wealthy industrialists, Mr. Todd has had many unique opportunities to experience the finer, stranger and more exotic things in life; experiences he has relished and now thoroughly enjoys recounting to friends, family and anyone else who happens within the sound of his voice. After a long and extraordinary career as an importer and international entrepreneur, Mr. Todd now lives in semi retirement in the Laurel Highlands of western Pennsylvania.
