This is a story of a boy and a tree. The little tree has problems. The boy has trouble too. They both find happiness in the end.

About the Author

Rebecca Hinsdale came from an “Old Southern” family with roots back to Charlemagne. She followed her dream of becoming an artist from her upbringing in small towns of North Carolina to New York City. She attended Traphagen School of Fashion Design and later worked for Vogue as a fashion artist. After marrying Frank Kraus in 1945, she designed textile linen for Granite Textile Mills. She continued in fashion design with Peaches n’ Cream childrens clothing. She concentrated on watercolors, designing and hand painting cards and invitations. Many of her Paintings have been donated to private charities. As a grandmother and greatgrandmother, Rebecca is now using her talent to write and illustrate children’s books.
