About the Author

Nicole Gard has had a passion for writing since she was a child. She has been published in numerous anthologies, including The Treasury of American Poetry, Immortal Verses, Chasing the Infinite, Letters from the Soul, Celebrate! Poets Speak Out, Reflections: A Collection of Short Works and The International Who’s Who in Poetry, as well as online at voicesnet.com and poetry.com. Her work has been verbalized on two editions of The Sound of Poetry, and she has received three editor’s choice awards: one in 2004 and two in 2006. Nicole currently lives in Los Alamos, New Mexico with her husband Kelly.
