Biography Shirley Denise Jordan, born, raised and educated in Houston, Texas. Mother of four, Emmit, Jacorey, Jalisa and Christopher. Owner, founder and operator of Playhouse Cuts, a hair salon that caters to children of all ages in Houston Texas. Twenty- seven years of cutting and styling kids hair inspired me to write these stories.
