About the Book

FORGIVEN: A Story of a Discarded Infant in Ninth Century Norway

Against the blood-splattered backdrop of the Viking Age, American novelist, PM Kulseth, weaves fact with fiction in this historical thriller of an infant, who is born unwanted and unloved. Rescued by a reclusive mountain woman, she rises above her dire circumstances, overcoming fear and aggression to become a strong independent woman.

Adventure fans and historical enthusiasts are about to witness a tale of conflict and redemption. With stunning accuracy and scope FORGIVEN is a sweeping historical saga as it follows the life of this discarded child who must come to grips with her revolting identity, and a young boy who must deal with the demons of his traumatic past. Penned by PM Kulseth, this work is a story of conversion and forgiveness, the restoration of broken spirits, and the discovery of a most unexpected love. It is heartbreaking, yet heartwarming … a powerfully moving storyline with complex characters. FORGIVEN is one deliciously haunting read.

About the Author

P M Kulseth, a second generation American, was born and raised on a farm in Southwest Minnesota. Her fondness for Norway and her connection to that land of her forefathers led her to write, FORGIVEN, a Viking Age epic of an infant left to die in the woods of northern Norway, and its sequel, REDEEMED, the ongoing story of Eyja and her family in Iceland, and their travels to Jerusalem and the Muslim world.
