About the Author

About the author Ted J. was born in California, in high school he enjoyed activities such as wrestling then became martial arts aficionado after meeting a local legend in Sacramento: learning Kenpo, Modern Arnis and the internal art of Kosho-Shorei in the late 70’s and mid 80’s. He moved on to other styles such as Kick Boxing and Taekwondo but continued the empirical search of self defense. He enjoyed hobbies like Foil Fencing and Archery.
