Author’s Cover Bio Author Fran Skipper grew up as an only child in Savannah, Georgia. In order to combat boredom, she would entertain herself by writing and telling stories to the neighborhood children. Currently, Ms. Skipper is a high school English teacher in an Atlanta suburb where she continues to use her gift of storytelling into the daily curriculum to instruct her students. It is Ms. Skipper’s goal to make writing her passion and to retire from the educational system. Chasing the Hand of Destiny: Overcoming the Fears that Prevent Life Fulfillment is her first book.
