About the Author

Rupen Rao has been teaching Indian cooking in USA for the past 5 years. He teaches ‘simple’ Indian cooking at Whole Foods Market, Williams-Sonoma, and Bloomingdales in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He also teaches private classes and catering events. He has appeared on a few TV shows and he has also recorded his own shows for a local TV channel in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He contributes food articles for a south-asian magazine ‘Rivaaj’ which is geared towards south-asian population living in United States.
