“Maid Of Honor,” was a compelling novel which kept its audience glued to the pages. The characters were vivid, personable and full of real-life energy that captivated the reader’s soul and the very essence of friendship and jealousy. This book eloquently discussed God and the issues of being a virtuous person without crossing the lines of being “too preachy.” The author, RaShawn Johnson’s use of writing devices and analogies kept the reader interested and her words served as visual cues. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is in need of a good laugh and cry. It is an emotional tearjerker.

About the Author

Mrs. RaShawn Johnson, is an avid reader, writer and storyteller. She is a reading specialist and has over 10+ years teaching experience working with elementary age students. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate’s Degree in Administration and Leadership. She is the author of “Mistress to Mrs.” And “Maid Of Honor.” Mrs. Johnson has produced and hosted her own television show titled “Big Mamma’s Kitchen/Storytelling In The Mix. She currently has her own radio show titled “Voice of Victory” She enjoys sharing stories in written and oral form to inspire, motivate, and touch the lives of people everywhere. Some of her other hobbies include: conducting workshops, presentations, and shopping. RaShawn Johnson currently resides in Saint Louis, Mo. with her husband Demetrius and her two beautiful children, Tyler and Tahlor. She would love to hear your comments about her book.
