About the Book
John 3:6 “Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.” The brain, the mind, and the spirit are integrated and intimately connected with one another. Although separate entities, they are nevertheless dependent on one another for good health, wise choices, and communication with God. The image of God is expressed in a person’s spirit and resides in a person’s conscience, and this is where the Holy Spirit is able to communicate with each person especially those that have chosen to accept the Christian faith.
About the Author
Stan Hatkoff, PhD, is a psychologist who specializes in teaching, training, and consulting, and is a Christian theologian and a graduate of Louisiana Baptist University. While writing his dissertation, he coined the term “psychotheology” to refer to the process by which God communicates with man from Spirit to spirit. He has taught the principles of how the brain, mind, and spirit emerge, and how this may lead to a deep communication with God to both secular and religious audiences.
