About the Author

Geraldine Macenski has devoted her life to health and wellness. She has been an active force in the wellness industry for over twenty-seven years. Ms. Macenski is a graduate from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is also a talented group fitness/yoga instructor, certified aromatherapist, and previously, a massage therapist. Geraldine is passionate about facilitating individuals to an optimal state of wellness. She believes in empowering people through education, guidance, and support. Ms. Macenski has spent most of her life living in Chicago, Illinois. She currently lives in Indianapolis, Indiana, her home state.
