About the Author

Sean, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He has been residing in Maple Ridge, British Columbia for the past 23 years. Despite being born with a variety of psychological challenges, which led to, learning disabilities and depression, Sean became skilled in Martial Arts. Weight-lifting, bodybuilding, hiking and walking are also a part of his many interests. Sean is a strong believer in always keeping his mind open to receive knowledge and attain equanimity. Sean enjoys a wide variety of music, from Classical to Rap! In 2005 Sean received his credentials as a Reiki Master, Teacher and Practitioner. Sean’s respect for nature inspires his Spiritually and renews his Energy. Dave, born and raised in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Dave enjoys many genres of movies and video games. His main interest is Training in all forms, Physically, Mentally and Spiritually. Dave’s interests also include bodybuilding, weight-lifting, hiking and walking. Knowledge and learning are imperative for Dave. He began writing poetry 5 years ago after the demise of a long-term relationship. Dave puts to paper what is on his mind whether it’s a positive or negative emotion. Sean and Dave have been friends for the past 11 years and have stood beside each other through good and bad times.
