About the Book

Latonya S. Hicks is a unique writer and poet who currently attend Purdue University where she is pursuing a degree in Communications. The 22-year old author has been writing since her early teenage years and has completed and published three books including her first novel last winter. She writes about many life experiences as well as subjects that spark the interests of many different audiences. She is a spoken word poet that expresses her talent through verbalization well. She feels that she has a message to convey to the world. Her faith, prayer and confidence within herself continue to help her strive to succeed. The Alabama native currently resides in Indiana with her family.
