About the Author

The author Philip Anastasia Jr. was born and raised in Brooklyn N.Y. Shortly after his discharge from the U.S. Navy he entered the N.Y.C. Police Department in January of 1973. He retired as a Sergeant 25 years later, having served all of his time on patrol in four Brooklyn precincts. Since his retirement, in addition to writing, he has worked in the corporate and armed security field.
