About the Author
Gene Krohn has been involved with the Human Resource community in Phoenix, Arizona for over twenty-five years. During that time, Gene has worked with over one thousand “C-Level” individuals in a variety of industries. Prior to relocating to Arizona, Gene was President of AMSCO Industries, a successful manufacturing company doing business throughout the United States. He also served as Vice President, Operations for Thypin Steel and Spaulding Fibre Company, with facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, he was Vice President of manufacturing at BroDart Industries, a company providing furniture, library supplies and cataloged books to over 50,000 libraries in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. His prior experience was as Vice President, Manufacturing at JFD electronics. Gene has spoken widely on human capital. He holds a BA degree from Colgate University, with a major in Economics.
