About the Author
Prince Sorie Conteh was ordained by the Methodist Church of Sierra Leone after completing his Pastoral and Theological training at the Sierra Leone Theological College in Freetown where he gives public lectures occasionally. He holds a Doctor of Theology in Systematic Theology and a Doctor of Philosophy and Literature in Religious Studies from the University of South of Africa (UNISA) and a Master of Arts in Biblical Study from Trinity Western University, Canada. Dr Conteh is a Research Fellow in the Department of Religious Studies & Arabic at UNISA, Adjunct Professor in Global and Interfaith Studies at Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School in New York, USA, and Adjunct Professor in Ministry Studies at McMaster Divinity College in Ontario, Canada. Dr. Conteh also taught at Toronto School of Theology in Ontario, Canada as Adjunct Professor in World Religions, and at Niagara College in Ontario, Canada as Adjunct Professor in Comparative Religions. He also served as Niagara College first ever Multi-faith Chaplain. Prince is a Visiting Scholar at the All Nations University College in Koforidua, Ghana. Prince is the author of An Introduction to the religion of the Limba in Sierra Leone (2007), Traditionalists, Muslims, and Christians (2009) and has published articles in the Journal of Mission Studies and World Council of Churches’ Current Dialogue.
