About the Author

Sharon Girard has been a physician assistant for almost three decades. She has had a varied career, specializing in women’s health and emergency medicine. She is a published author of many medical articles. Her love for travel enticed her to live and practice in England. She has since returned to the US and makes her home now on the California central coast. She is currently practicing reproductive healthcare. Since returning back to the states she has traveled to Mexico and hopes to see more of the world very soon.
