About the Author
Longtime spiritual teacher Mary Frances Weathersby has been teaching classes in yoga and meditation for twenty-four years. In 1980, she founded Wellspring, the first non-sectarian yoga center in San Antonio, Texas. Wellspring began as a yoga and meditation center, grew into a community and church, then evolved out of form into an energy matrix for life transformation. Mary has appeared as a guest on numerous radio and television programs in San Antonio and Austin. She has taught yoga to elementary, middle, and high school students in both private and public schools, and presented yoga classes, workshops, and seminars at Trinity University, University of Texas at San Antonio, UTSA Health Science Center, Northwest Vista College, and at a Conference held at the University of Colorado in Boulder. MF has published columns, articles and essays in community newspapers and magazines—The Crestone Eagle, The Phoenix Network Companion, La Voz de Esperanza, the Sufi Order’s Rainbow Bridge, the Pipe Creek Press’ Close to Home magazine, and Enjoy Whole Health. aShe is currently at work on three other writing projects—a meditation book, an integral health book for a new consciousness, and a biography of her spiritual journey titledTurn All Things to Honey.
