About the Book

Ashley reveals the abuse and womanizing affairs of Granddad George, which caused her Grandmother Susan to leave her hometown of Greenville, South Carolina and secretly flee up North with her four girls, Lillian, Mary Ann, Sarah, Eva and two granddaughters.

Lillian Thomas is Grandma Susan oldest daughter. Lillian an unwed mother of two small girls, Jennifer and Dolores. Lillian was glad to move up North, because she knew that it was the only way she was ever going to separate from her first love William Brooks. >

About the Author

JoAnna Robinson is a newborn to the writing world. God has gifted her to write her first fictional novel called “Through Ashley’s Eyes.” She tributes her writing abilities to God, who she says has inspired her to write. JoAnna Robinson grew up in South Philadelphia, PA, and a graduate of South Philadelphia High School. She is married and resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. “Through Ashley’s Eyes” was birth from events she witnessed through her family, friends and her creative mind. JoAnna Robinson is now working on her second book called, “Whispers from God, that Still Small Voice.”
