About the Book

The Unbearable Itch is an educational book about a bear named Toby, who is trying to find a tree that can help scratch her unbearable itch. Along the way, she finds plenty of trees that can´t help her scratch her itch. However, they all strengthen her knowledge about trees by teaching her why trees have flowers, fruit, roots, etc. So, join Toby in her back scratching adventure...you might just learn a thing or two about trees!

About the Author

About the Author: Bridget grew up in Saranac Lake, NY, is a graduate of SUNY Cortland. Currently, she lives in Reston, Virginia and teaches physical education at Thoreau Middle School in Fairfax County. About the Illustrator: Priscilla lives in Madison County, Virginia with her husband and specializes in children’s murals.
