About the Book

Happy Christmastime Stories for Children of all Ages . . . by Joe Cyr Introduces four fresh new entertaining characters that give additional meaning to the holidays: Shawn, the Hopping Christmas Tree – “Because Shawn was not stuck to the ground, He could hop! He could spring! He could bound! It’s so amazing to see a tree acting so free by leaping and jumping around.” “Charming, delightful and beautifully illustrated for all ages.” Mrs. John Lindsay (Former First Lady of New York). An Angel Named Étoile is a mischievous spirit who learns a valuable lesson at lightning speed. Ruth, The Straw Girl, is moved by a dream and unknowingly prepares the cradle for a most important baby. Olive, The Little Crayon that wasn’t the Brightest in the Box, is tired of being ignored and takes the initiative to become forevermore part of a visiting artist’s Nativity scene.
