About the Author
Nora A. Jones is an editorial consultant and freelance writer. Earning her Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1980, she served as an attorney-editor for several years before finding her niche as a people manager and change agent in a large publishing company. Over the course of ten years, she took three different production groups from old-school, single skill, supervised employees to dynamic, customer-focused, problem-solving work teams. She was the editor of Western New York’s most prominent daily legal newspaper from 2001-2004.
