About the Book
It has been said that some people used words to gain eternity and others used them to gain notoriety. The word Nigger in this communication is not to evoke or invoke any of these sentiments. Notwithstanding, Nigger Boy, the book, had a name before the specifics of its contents were ever conceived. In the amorphous stages of conception and development, it was not clear, if Nigger Boy would be black or white. One thing was clear. The author was restless, and as the excruciating pains of travails grew, his eyes opened wide and it was clear that it doesn't matter whether Nigger Boy is black or white; that in reality, he can be any color, for he is you and I or any one of us who forgets history and refuses to accept that tomorrow will surely come when it will come. Whosoever, therefore, that is unable and or refuses to feel the pain of a whip, when laid on the back of another is the ultimate Nigger. The one that bites the fingers that fed him, or kicks out the ladder that brought him to the top, or says 'RACA' to any one of the brigades that brought us out of the depth of neo-slavery, that one who forgets that what goes up must come down is the Nigger Boy that my book invites to come back to reality and get a grip on life, no matter how sweet the stolen water is, as of now.
