About the Book
Our first book starts with Maggie receiving a letter from a friend, Abbie Winchester. In the letter, Abbie asks Maggie if she will come down to Georgia and help figure out who or what is causing all the problems. Maggie invites her granddaughter, Jennifer to come along too. After a few mishaps back home, Maggie and Jennifer find themselves in Georgia and face to face with a ghost. They meet many new faces, some good and some bad. One of Maggie and Jennifer’s greatest challenges is trying to decide who to trust and who not to. Join our spunky sleuth and her side-kick granddaughter as they outwit a ghost, find long forgotten treasure, and help clear a family name.
About the Author
Sheri Lund is a twenty-two-year-old high school graduate who enjoys writing, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her friends. When Sheri was a little girl, her mother introduced her to mystery books, and she has been a fan ever since. Sheri found her talent for writing at a young age in school, and with much encouragement from family and friends; she allowed her talent to grow. She now enjoys writing The Maggie Cooper Mystery Series with her mom, Wilma. Sheri had a lot of fun writing Maggie Cooper’s first mystery book, and quickly began work on her second book soon after the first was completed. When Sheri is not creating havoc in her books, she loves to go shopping with her friends. Sheri also loves to mentor younger kids. She jumps at the chance to spend time with her younger brothers. Sheri loves taking them to many places of interest. Sheri has many dreams of traveling the world, but desires most of all to visit Ireland where most of her family came from. Wilma Lund is a forty-something mother of three, and has always loved to write. Wilma began writing poems in her late teenage years, and has enjoyed every minute of it. She has been writing mystery books with her daughter, Sheri, for the past three years. Wilma finds it to be a challenging choice of lifestyle, but she wouldn’t have it any other way. Wilma loves sitting side by side with her daughter and watching their books come to life right in front of their eyes. As much as she enjoys working with Sheri, she hopes to one day be the sole author of the Maggie Cooper Mini Series, many books of short stories with everybody’s favorite grandma, Maggie Cooper, finding trouble everywhere she looks. Besides writing, Wilma enjoys doing many different activities with her two younger sons.
