About the Author

After two books of children’s poetry, the author has produced one for adults, based on satire. His earlier works were “Pity Poor Dragons” and “Zero is my Hero”. Mr. Baer was born in Pennsylvania, raised in Ohio, went to college in New York Hamilton College, and spent most of his life in California. He attended Biarritz American University following World War II service (France) and Ohio State University. Since there were two English teachers in his immediate family, the writer read poetry anthologies at an early age. “I have always had a wicked sense of humor”, he admits.
