About the Author

Lynn White is an artist, former educator and head of school. In the first half of her career, Lynn taught early childhood and upper school English. In following years Lynn headed early childhood, elementary and high schools. Her travels have taken her throughout the world. In Amsterdam Lynn headed the Fine Arts Department at the International School and studied painting with Dutch artist Jan van der Veen. She exhibited there as well as in Dusseldorf, Warsaw currently exhibits her works at two galleries. She is the mother of three children and two granddaughters. She and her husband live in Illinois.
