About the Book
Sometimes we use words such as insightful, compelling, honest, authentic, original, and sensitive to describe a work of art. From movies to novels, word to describe what the authors have made us feel. In “more Shades of Gray in Black & White” Ben Logan compels us to use these words and more, words such as intimate and provocative. Through his introspective look at the world and it’s problems, to his stories filled with authentic characters, his is an honest voice taking the reader on a rare trip. One of the great thing about a book of short stories and poems, is that the author can examine a variety of human conditions and emotions. The joy of finding love, the pain in losing love, the character that try as he might who still cannot fit in, the fantasies some of us have, issues of the heart and mind that life bring to all of us...are all here. Ben has a keen awareness of his senses and he uses it to expose ours. After reading it, we are sure that you will be able to say...One other word we can use is...enjoyable.
