About the Author

Dom DeCencio is a Clinical Psychologist who was born, raised and educated in Philadelphia. He attended Temple University for his undergraduate and graduate (M.A., Ph.D.) degrees. His Postdoctoral training in Marital Sex Therapy was taken in St. Louis New York and Cambridge. While he has authored a score of scientific articles, this is his first venture into writing fiction. Married and divorced twice, he has two grown and married children and six adorable grandchildren. He has worked as a Hospital Psychologist, Medical School Professor, University Medical Center Administrator, Hospital Director, and HMO President. He has also maintained a part – time Private Clinical Practice throughout his career. He retired at age 55 to pursue his most cherished avocation; that of a “beach bum”. He describes his interests as Classical Musical, Jazz, Gourmet cooking, writing and the pursuit of attractive women. He is comfortably single and lives alone in a condo by the sea on one of New Jersey’s barrier islands.
