About the Author

Alex von Lockner, GPI is born in Moscow. Rose in a prominent anti-fascist family he graduated from the St. Climent of Ohrid University in Sofia, majoring in Modern Industrial History and Diplomacy and specializing in numerous Soviet and West European high-learning institutions, including the KGB High Academy. He is holder of a Ph.D. in Industrial history, and an MBA in International Finance and Commerce from the leading Thunderbird – American Graduate School of International Management. For fifteen years, von Lockner was a communist KGB managed State Security intelligence officer and communist party official. In his capacity, he had trained, managed and directed the academic elite of Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union into stealthily penetrating the utmost advanced and secretive western Research and Development institutions, universities and corporate facilities. He had worked with Kim Philby, Robert Maxwell and pleads of KGB trained generals, in an attempt to enhance and sustain the Soviet developed socialist economy by cunning industrial espionage, high technology thieveries from the West, narcotics smugglings and illicit weapons trade. Disgruntled with the socio-economic realities of the communism, von Lockner stealthily had embraced the western pluralism and for years worked as an “agent-in-place” for the CIA. Grinding down the communist malevolence and the KGB and State Security shrewd operations against the West, von Lockner risked his life in the name of the democracy, achieving a stardom of success, and bravely contributing to the final annihilation of the Leninist totalitarianism. Craftily exfiltrated from behind the communist Iron Curtains, von Lockner has dedicated his life, helping the American government in the fight against industrial espionage, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and the leftist and religious fundamentalism and terrorism.
