About the Book
“Woman in a Portuguese Market” is a fantasy centered around the tragic accident in Paris in which Princess Diana died. The premise is that the accident was a fiction, that it was staged and Diana is still living incognito. The story explains how the accident was planned, what happened to Diana, and how the her future unfolds.
About the Author
Jonathan Ahearn was born in Providence, Rhode Island. Educated in the fine arts at Brown University, he spent his last year apprenticed to Mark Rothko in New York City. After Graduate School in sculpture, he spent a year as a Fulbright Scholar in Italy, and then moved permanently to Southern California where he has lived since. He teaches, sculpts, and writes and currently resides on a hilltop in Riverside, where he is working on a small botanical garden.
