About the Book

Meg Hansen had a good life in Dallas, but when her mother is diagnosed with cancer, she abandons it all to move home and care for her. After Cathryn’s death, Meg learns she has inherited the Wildflower Inn. Meg is sure the only sane thing to do is to sell the inn and return to Dallas. That was before Amanda Jameson and her playboy son arrive on the scene with an ulterior motive. Meg is confused by the revenge Amanda seems determined to extract from Cathryn through her daughter. The closet full of secrets Meg discovers only adds to her distress and leads her into the arms of an old boyfriend. But all the players seem to have their own agendas and Meg doesn’t know who to trust. When an old school friend ends up dead, it takes her suspicions in a whole new direction.

About the Author

This is the author’s debut novel. She lives and works near Austin, Texas where she is a counselor and advocate for women who have been victimized by domestic violence and sexual abuse.
