About the Book

“The Quest of Arrianne” is a story of a twelve-year-old girl who has an interesting mark on her pelvis. What she doesn’t know is the mark means that she is to become Queen at the age of thirteen. Grimlock, the evil ruler of Gardone sends his lords to kill Arrianne before she becomes Queen of Gaffold. The evil men commit unthinkable acts. They destroy everything Arrianne has ever loved and leave her for dead. Somehow the princess escapes and sets out to seek revenge on those that have wronged her and in doing so will eliminate evil for her people. She befriends a young girl named Cassie and her mother Nadine. They help Arrianne get back on her feet until she is strong enough to start her quest. On her quest she is aided by her magical horse Midnight and a tiny man named Simon. Many battles await Arrianne as she must kill the lords and find Grimlock. Along the way she must seek guidance from the current queen, a whimsical witch, and a wiseman that doesn’t like to be disturbed. The journey alone is filled with evil creatures that no thirteen-year-old should have to deal with but Arrianne isn’t your average thirteen-year-old. Only time will tell if Arrianne has what it takes to get her revenge and bring peace to her land.
