About the Book
This is a story about community. It’s about kids, a hill in a farm field, adults, snow, skis, sportsmanship, ceremony, and hot soup. The story is much bigger than its parts. It’s about a beautiful period that only happens once – when the right people, conditions, and sentiments all converge. This is a story that adult children and their friends, some now in their fifties, count among their fondest childhood memories. It’s a tale of love, heart, and an irrepressible “can-do” spirit. This is the story of Indian Hill.
