About the Book

Faced with an intruder in their enchanted garden home, two best friends decide to face the unknown and protect their home and friends. They are surprised to learn that this stranger isn’t scary, he’s just different. It’s differences like these that make their garden such a wonderful and beautiful place. In this story of bravery, friendship and acceptance, A Garden Tale, challenges the reader to recognize and appreciate the beauty that is all around.

About the Author

Brenda S. Richards is a pediatric Occupational Therapist and is the co-founder and owner of The Center for LifeSkills, LLC, in Solon, Ohio. She has worked for many years with children with special needs, and specializes in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorders. She lives in Hambden, Ohio with her husband, their two children, Liam and Sadie, and their three dogs, fish and hermit crabs. This is her second children’s book.
