This is the story of a young, ambitious redwing named Pie who unlike her juvenile peers, dreams of leading the flock in the great Migration one day. But because of the ancient custom of allowing only the strongest males to lead. Pie doesn't stand a chance or does she? Will Pies' strong determination and courage be enough to withstand both the forces of nature and foe as she faces severe hardships during the journey while holding fast to her dream of leading the migration one day ?
