"Let A Provider Pay Your Bills " This book is about a guy with a dream to be successful. A guy who found a way to become his own boss and control his own destiny and time. This book will teach you what providers are, how and where to get them, and how to get them to provide for you. I am 56 years old at this writing. I haven’t had a job since I was 39. I own my home free and clear along with 2 properties in Florida and a summer place at the lake. I own a Jaguar, a Lexus and a Ford explorer. I own a boat, an RV, a motorcycle, a golf cart. I own or hold the deed to over 7 million dollars worth of real estate and other assets. I have no employees, own no inventory, and work out of my home a few hours a week. I have no credit card debt, have no vehicle payments, and my income is running nearly 1 million a year. I applaud you for buying this book. You are obviously looking for answers. You want to know what you can do to get out of your rut. You must have a dream too. Over the years I have met many people like you. They want to know what to do, but when you tell them, they don’t do it. It blows my mind! I will never understand it. I have attended seminars and conventions where I see people spending big bucks for information on how to be rich and successful. They take the info home, page through it, then throw it in the closet and go on about there lives still wondering what they can do to change their life. “If you want to make some changes in your life, you must make some changes in your life.” This means doing something different than that which your are presently doing. The definition of crazy is” doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results”. I did not come from a wealthy family. I have not inherited a bunch of money. I built wealth in real estate using creative financing and low money down deals. I will tell about each of my deals, and how they were structured. The rest is up to you. What you do with this information, how you apply it will determine whether you are like the others or whether you are a unique individual with a dream and determination to succeed.
