Penny Kinser Collins was born on June 21, 1951 at Hartford City, Indiana. She moved to Florida in the summer of 1958. She graduated from the school of hard knocks, Brandon High School, Florida, in 1969. She has been a wife, mother, domestic engineer, waitress, receptionist, cashier, school lunchroom worker, health spa instructor, secretary, child day care worker, cleaning lady, fast food deli attendant, meat market (boner & wrapper), bartender, cocktail waitress, environmental services for hospital. Lastly, she had been an artist & sculptor in Wellington, Florida, for the past 14 years. And a want to be – writer! She has more stories in her than Carter has liver pills.
