The book was developed to provide key elements for parents to consider in ensuring their child’s success in school. Parents are encouraged to teach their child to learn from their experiences, and that education is not all about the grades, but the process.

About the Author

Susan Hardin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, a Master’s in Counseling and her Doctorate in Education. She has work as a counselor in both the middle and high school settings. Scott Hardin has a Bachelor’s Science, a Master’s in Teaching and a Doctorate in Education. He has taught at the middle school, high school and college levels. Susan and Scott have been married for 14 years and have 3 children. They have written this book based on their experiences both as parents and educators. They hope it will help other parents to discover the influences they have on their child’s educational experiences.
