Officer Randy and his detective dog Rocky have cooked something special in the mind of a fourth grader, a desire to own a dog. Now, Jasmine, has to convince her mother whose likeness and tolerance for all animals, especially dogs, is zero. Jasmine quickly turns to her father who never says no to any of his daughter’s wishes or demands. Together they conspired to hide Cookie inside the garage for days, even weeks. As Jasmine’s mother finally accepts Cookie, as a member of the Deer’s family, the unexpected happens -Cookie goes missing. Will Jasmine ever see her beloved, mystery dog again?
