Roy Vizcarra Lim made a promise to his loving mother that he would per hen story; the remarkable tale of her life. A year after her passing, Roy fulfilled this promise to Elisa. The author, a banker by profession, originally hails from the Philippines and lived most of his adult life on Long Island, New York. He is a proud father of two grown children.
