About the Book
“As the eagle stirs up her nest, flutters over her young, spreads abroad her wings, takes them, bears them on her wings, so the Lord alone did lead him…” Deut. 32:11-12 While my husband Earl and I were on “State-side Assignment” from our ministry in Taiwan with the Southern Baptist International Mission Board, our daughter Marilyn, remarked, “Mom, what happened to our family that we are scattered to the four winds?” It could only be that the Lord himself stirred up our nest and pushed us out to exercise our faith in Him. Like the eagle in Deut 32, the Lord stirred up my cozy, comfortable nest, forcing me to move out to face new challenges. He has a special plan for the life of each of His children. Lois will encourage you to meet the challenges He gives you with faith and courage, so that you can go forward and do what He asks.
