About the Author
Benjamin Ragland received a Graphic Arts Management Certificate from Holden School of Art and Design in Charlottesville, VA in 1972. He was an Illustrator/draftsman in the U. S. Navy from, 1973-1976. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Arts and Design. He has worked as a free-lance artist, art director of an advertising agency, salesman of insurance and securities, and now as a refinisher. He lives in Newtown, VA and all his spare time is spent writing, painting, and doting on his granddaughter.
