About the Book

With love all things are possible! When a new foal is born, everyone on the farm is excited until they find out how incredibly small he is. Everyone on the farm, especially the farmer is disappointed. They don't think Jake will ever grow up to be big and strong enough to work on the farm. But, when Jake is sold to a farm where they love him no matter what his size, he grows up to be the world's biggest horse.

About the Author

Roy Cicman grew up on a farm in eastern New York and now lives in northeast Texas. He and his family breed, raise and train Quarter Horses. Roy and his mother (The illustrator of this book) also own and show Percheron Draft Horses (Like Big Jake) that are used to pull wagons and carts. Jake is the largest of these Percherons.
