About the Book

Orange Red Crayon is a vivid creative children’s book about a young girl that is faced with making a decision. Among the beautiful array of colors in her box of 64 crayons, she realizes that there is a crayon in this box that she does not like. Just as in life we deal with the task of making decisions daily, some good and some questionable, how she handles her feelings and emotions towards this crayon are both innocent and intelligent. She demonstrates patience, and respect, as she declares that her feelings do not change the fact that this crayon serves a purpose. Through this young girl we learn the "truth about acceptance".
