This Journal was created for the purpose of helping individuals who have problems expressing their ideas and thoughts to God in prayer. Some people feel embarrassed, condemned, and guilty when they attempt to pray or tell someone about their problems, which can lead to a cover up. I hope this Journal will be an inspiration for those who wish to express their true feelings in prayer to God with the pen.
