Andrew Zakrzewski’s autobiographical accounts of his aviation exploits span four decades, beginning in the Viet Nam era as a Marine aviator, then as an FBI Special Agent, flight instructor, corporate pilot, export ferry pilot, and, finally, as director of a professional pilot training Center. In his thousands of hours in the cockpit, he lived through amazing adversities, many of them self-imposed. He eventually prospered thanks to the associates he had met and friendships he had developed along the way. His alter ego, Captain Wedge, is his interpretation of a skillful aviator in a continuous struggle with his own human imperfections.
