About the Author

Photographer Dustin DeBoer began to enjoy the outdoors and all it has to offer as a child while growing up in a midwestern family who traveled to experience new places. From this early exposure the photographer developed appreciation for the natural world. As he grew up, Dustin soon discovered how having a camera and a quiet time in a natural setting broadened his whole being. While Relax, Reflect, and Rejuvenate is the story of Solid Rock Photography, it hopes to engage the read to consider their own story. Solid Rock Photographer, Dustin DeBoer, has been to many places throughout the years. He has been able to capture some of these places such as the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River in Yellowstone National Park. The capturing of these places on film has not been the point, however. Rather for Dustin, the point has been to experience the journey of doing what the world truly needs of people—becoming a person who is alive. Dustin hopes to encourage others to find their passion for living so that the world can be a better place to live and be all that humanity was created for. Dustin has a Masters in Outdoor Education from the University of Minnesota and resides in southern Minnesota where he is a substitute teacher and is expanding both Solid Rock Photography and Solid Rock International.
