About the Book

The destination for this book is reason. It’s a quick dedicated appliance of deduction. It was time for me to remove the drama, self deprivation and heal. Having suffered with depression and ran a few hurdles in life, writing seemed the only way to de-scramble my head. I ask questions and tell my truths. I take you through some dark places I’ve been, in the hope that someone else will know there is certainly a way to become the best version of themselves. About the Author Alexandria is thirty-one, went to college in England where she was raised. Whilst having a somewhat tumultuous childhood she endeavors to breakthrough and put her demons to rest. Sport and Family plays a huge part in her life. Alex loves cooking, music, decorating and being around positive people. The next stage in life for Alex is to have a baby…….
