The Lost Little Pig

About the Book

This is a cute story about a family of little pigs. One little pig loses her family and wanders around and meets other animals while trying to find them. She gets very worried but finds her family in the end.

About the Author

Kandise was born in Winnemucca Nevada on August 15th 2000 to Chris and Julie Baird. She has a twin brother named Thomas and an older sister named Lezli. They are all very close and read to each other all the time. Kandise loves to write stories in the car. She lives in rural northern Nevada on a ranch and it is a long ride in the car to get anywhere so she writes often. Kandise’s writing has excelled this year as her teacher has taught a great deal about writing. She wrote this story when she was only seven. She hopes to inspire other children to write their own stories. Kandise also enjoys riding her horse and working on the ranch.
