About the Book: Stephen Wormick’s life has always been nothing more than average; no more than any other twelve-year-old boy. He spends the school year with his mother, which is more than boring. While his fun-filled summers are spent in Chicago, Illinois, with his father and cousins. Each summer is always different from the last, but with all the preparations that Stephen would make before leaving for Chicago nothing could prepare him for what will happen July 4, 2000, weekend. Stephen and his cousins will have a life-changing experience this summer that would change Stephen and his cousins for the rest of their life. With so many bad things in the world the question is why would God pick three little boys to try and change the world and even if they weren’t afraid to do it how would they when their greatest threat is there best friend!?

About the Author: March 23, 1988: Gervaise L. Weaver and Stephen B. Wormick agreed to name their newborn son. Stephen B. Wormick Jr. was a chubby, thick-haired baby. Like many babies, the goals for this new baby boy were unsure, but many knew from the moment they saw little Stephen that he was born for greatness.
